Rooted in Arkansas. Ready to serve. Meet Ryan Blue.
Hi, I’m Ryan Blue.
I was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas but lived in Cabot, Arkansas until second grade when I moved to Conway, Arkansas. I am the only child of Roger and Judy Blue, of Rogers, Arkansas. I have 2 amazing kids: Allison, age 22 and Caleb, age 21.
I’ve been practicing law for nearly 27 years, and throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: a belief that judges should hear all perspectives, protect the vulnerable, and hold wrongdoers accountable.
I have worked in all aspects of law, from criminal law to family law and everything in between.
Early in my career, I served in the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, where I defended the Department of Corrections and later took on enforcement of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. I worked closely with manufacturers and wholesalers to ensure compliance—and stood firm when companies tried to skirt the law. That experience taught me the importance of clear laws, fair enforcement, and the courage to do what’s right, even when it’s unpopular.
After public service, I focused on Family and Civil law, representing clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives. My work has always centered around helping children and families, whether in court-involved foster care, custody disputes, or protecting against parental misconduct. I’ve also earned a Master of Divinity, which shaped how I lead—with humility, empathy, and integrity.
Today, I serve as Of Counsel with Hall Booth Smith in Rogers. I’m active in my church, teach regularly, and enjoy playing drums, learning guitar, and chasing a decent pickleball game when I can. I support local organizations such as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) whose mission is to help kids in the middle of domestic cases. https://www.nwacasa.org/
If elected, I’ll bring a steady hand and a fair voice to the bench—someone who listens closely, decides thoughtfully, and never forgets who the law is meant to serve.
I hope you’ll consider supporting me, and I invite you to ask your friends, neighbors, and colleagues about my work—I believe my reputation in this community will speak for itself.
